Preview Attachments in Outlook 2007

One of the neat features in Microsoft Outlook 2007 is the ability to quickly preview some email attachments without opening the the attached file. This can be done in either the Reading Pane or in an open message window. Messages that have attachments are identified by a paper clip icon in the message list. Most people know how to do a basic copy and paste procedure within the same Microsoft application. But did you know that when you copy cells of data from Excel, the way you paste it into Word or PowerPoint will produce different effects?
