Upcoming Professional Development Courses
By Jeff Tincher
Are you looking to improve your Professional Development skills? Springhouse is running two courses in July focusing on presentation skills and management essentials.
The Presenter’s Workshop
Within any business, individuals are required to “step up” and participate in the sharing of information and transfer of knowledge, expertise and process. This is often an informal requirement however, as organizations are increasingly setting expectations for one of “their own” to deliver the message or learning, not all those now carrying that responsibility find it a natural or even pleasurable experience!
These programs are designed for flexibility and a smooth mix of theory and practice. Whether a novice or experienced spokesperson; volunteer or deer in the headlights, there is help, support and a place to gain confidence and experience within the Five “T” Institute 2-Day program.
Management Essentials
As business models continuously expand in complexity, the impact on individuals is also, predictably, in a state of whirlwind change! The expectations for people throughout an organization are constantly being re-defined.
Not surprisingly, the skills required to provide excellence in leadership are also being tested daily! Management Essentials is designed to provide an excellent foundational development opportunity for individuals throughout an organization. Whether you are at the novice, “high potential” level or you are considered a more experienced leader, this program is a powerful learning opportunity.
