For the past 15 years, I have provided support and training on business software and networking. As a member of the Springhouse team, I have designed custom curriculum for many of our major clients. I am a Master Certified Microsoft Office Instructor with Expert Certifications in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. I am also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
