Congratulations to Peggy Stelle, VP of Professional Development

Springhouse Education & Consulting Services today announced that Peggy A. Stelle, Vice President of Professional Development, was recognized as a finalist for the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award in the 1 to 500 employee category. The award is given annually by the HR Association of Southern New Jersey, Chester County Human Resource Association, Delaware SHRM, Greater Valley Forge HR Association, Philadelphia Regional SHRM, and Tri-State HR Management Association chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
“Walking the talk” is primary to Peggy’s personal and professional outlook. Having originally supported Springhouse as an outside consultant, Peggy now continues to foster relationships and lead the internal growth of the team as Vice President of Professional Development.
She is responsible for coaching the sales team, developing teams of trainers, delivering instructor-led training programs, and creating customized programs for clients, Peggy guides and impacts practices and relationships throughout the organization. She assisted in developing the Springhouse Center for Organizational Readiness (SCOR), which supports engagement with technical advancement through various training programs. Under Peggy’s direction, program to provide learning and practice opportunities for trainers, as well as programs providing technology-based soft-skill development have been enthusiastically received by the staff. Peggy is regarded as a courageous leader with an outstanding ability to instill trust and respect among her staff; always taking the time to listen, share and understand. Peggy promotes quality relationships and teamwork in both her external and internal clientele and is dedicated to providing a workplace that fosters individual growth.
Peggy earned her BA in Speech Pathology from The George Washington University and completed graduate work in Audiology at Gallaudet University. She also continues to participate in coaching education with the Coachville Graduate School of Coaching and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland-International School of Coaching. Peggy is an active participant in several professional organizations including SHRM and the Integro Leadership Institute and philanthropic associations including the Garnet Valley Education Foundation and Kids Dream Playground.
