Tip #1. What people Say & Do they remember; what they See and Hear they forget.Advise – get people talking and doing – it helps them remember!
Tip #2. Don’t do for adult students what they can do for themselves! Advise – assign someone to control the heating/AC; ask for volunteers to write things on the flipchart; rearrange the room setting – if they have to move their chairs to interact more effectively, let them “own” their new location
Tip #3. Toys & Props in the classroom – used effectively, they promote listening, learning and retention!
